Transcend Global Network was born from a simple but urgent observation: millions of people around the world are learning, growing, and developing skills — but the infrastructure to convert that growth into real economic opportunity simply does not exist for most of them. We decided to build it.
Founded in January 2026 by Dr. Joy Smart Francis, Transcend began as a conviction that mentorship should be structured, expertise should be monetizable, and opportunity should flow freely across borders. What started as a vision is now a live platform operating across 5 countries, with a growing network of mentors, partners, and communities committed to one mission — closing the gap between learning and earning.
We are at the beginning of something significant. The infrastructure is built, the first communities are forming, and the first pilots are launching. We are not chasing scale for its own sake — we are building depth, trust, and real outcomes first. Everything else grows from there.
